Cameroon Fashion Designers Conference is a huge initiative proudly sponsored by PROTEX-CAM, Made in Camer and Mbogol Academy to figure out the way forward for the Cameroonian fashion industry.
Slated on Thursday, September 7th, 2017 at SOMATEL Hotel Bali Douala at 9:30 AM prompt. In the presence of professionals of the fashion and textile industry in Cameroon as keynote speakers in the likes of Kibonen Nfi of Made in Camer and Mbogol Bienvenu of Mbogol Academy.
According to a press release, the Cameroon Fashion Designers Conference aims at developing the fashion and textile industries by addressing the needs Cameroonian fashion designers.
The upcoming conference aims at bringing professionals and stakeholders in the fashion cluster to discuss and agree on methods to ameliorate the fashion industry in Cameroon.
Kibone Nfi of made in Camer with a host of other Cameroonian fashion stakeholders took a deep analysis and has examined certain challenges preventing real growth. As a result, they took a unanimous decision to organise this conference to figure out appropriate measures to start addressing these challenges and finding solutions.
For this industry to emerge, the different aspects of fashion have to be developed. Designers have to have access to all what it takes to produce quality products that meet international standards, rules and regulations.
To achieve this, it is important that all the players involved in the fashion Eco system work together for this common good.
This conference will give fashion Designers a chance to express their challenges, have a deeper understanding of what it takes to be competitive in the world market and the different services that will be available for them.
